About The Journal Tapping Method

The Journal Tapping Method was created by a mother who experienced childhood and teenage anxiety within her own family—and remembers searching for practical answers while professional support involved long waits.

The method combines expressive journalling with gentle tapping on nine acupressure points. Instead of relying on generic scripts, each person begins with their own words: what happened, what they felt, what they noticed in their body and what still feels emotionally charged.

Our mission is not to become the hero in someone else’s story. It is to help parents and young people build the confidence to say, “I know what I can do when this happens.”

This is an educational self-regulation method, not psychotherapy or medical treatment. It does not diagnose or replace medical, psychological or safeguarding support when that support is needed.

Begin with your own words.
